Holiday Gift Guide for the Hostess

I think hostess gifts are some on the most fun to buy. When buying for a hostess I see it as an opportunity to take an everyday item and glam it up. I wouldn’t personally buy myself a marble cheese plate, but I would certainly love to recieve one. To go with the cheese plate throw in some fancy gold cheese knives! I’ve gifted this automatic wine opener in the past and it’s always been a big hit.
Holiday Gift Guide for the Homebody

When I think of a homebody I envision myself haha. But seriously I think of anything cozy and comfortable. If you know this person’s decor style getting a great vase or picture frame to go with their space would be a great gift. A cozy throw blanket is always a safe bet because in the winter who doesn’t want to be snuggled up under a blanket? If they like to take baths, a bath tray is a gorgeous gift idea and you can even add some fancy bubble bath to go with it.
Holiday Gift Guide for Her

My go to when buying gifts for any ladies in my life is to get things I find pretty. This gold mirror is a splurge, but would make such an statement on someone’s vanity. I would love to get a great pair of earrings as a present or even a jewelry stand to hold my necklaces. Cashmere is another luxurious gift idea and this cashmere wrap is a great investment piece they’ll be sure to use year after year.
Holiday Gift Guide for Him

I come from a family of mostly men, but I always struggle with what to buy them. I have the women’s version of these joggers and they are some of the softest things I’ve ever worn. Everyone loves a man who smells good, so grabbing your guy a bottle of his favorite cologne is a win-win. A nice leather belt or wallet are always appreciated and something a guy may not purchase for himself. Let’s face it, a self-cleaning water bottle should probably be gifted to every man, because who knows how often they actually wash theirs.
Gift Guide for the Pet Parent

My friends and I all have dogs, and we always gift each other’s pets something for the holidays. A cute bandana would look so good on a pup. A nice matching collar and leash set is really thoughtful since most of us probably buy for function and not fashion. These pet ID tags are such a good idea, clip it onto your pet’s collar and never have to worry about losing them if they run off.
Holiday Gift Guide under $25

These gifts are great for someone with a smaller budget or as stocking stuffers. Silky hair ties are so good for your hair and we can all always use more hair ties. Encouraging bracelets are a fun gift for your friends and they have so many different phrases and can even be customized. Zodiac sign books are super cute for your friends who are big into astrology. With the weather being cold a good quality hand cream is a perfect give for anyone in your life.
Beauty Lover Gifts

Beauty gifts are some of my favorite. I have this facial steamer and use it daily in the winter. The Dyson Air Wrap is definitely a splurge but would be such an amazing present to receive. A beauty fridge is great for storing eye creams and even your jade rollers to help with depuffing eyes and faces. Artis brushes are so, so nice and make makeup application so smooth.
Bookworm Gifts

This holiday gift guide speaks to my soul. I’ve always been a big bookworm and these gifts would all be so amazing to receive. For the person who has a physical book library, a book embosser is such a cool way for them to mark the books they’ve read. I use my Kindle daily and know any book lover would appreciate one as a gift. Even better if you add in a popsocket to making holding the Kindle easier. Keeping with the cozy theme, a nice candle and some fuzzy socks help to set the mood when sitting down to read a book. Pair that with a fun mug for coffee or tea and they’ll be ready to read for hours and hours.
White Elephant Gifts

I’ve never actually participated in a White Elephant gift exchange but they sound so fun. From what I’ve heard they’re usually gifts $25 and under and always random and silly. What Do You Meme is one of my favorite games to play and would be so fun to gift. Most people like chocolate so a big box of assorted flavors is sure to be fought over. It’s not winter without hot cocoa and add a fun mug to make it in. Tamagotchis are back and would be such a fun nostalgic gift to receive.
Stocking Stuffers

These stocking stuffers would be the perfect addition to any holiday gifting. Most of these are available for any last minute shoppers out there and are all under $25 so they’re super affordable too.
I hope this was helpful if you’ve been struggling to think up the perfect gift for someone in your life. For more gifting ideas check out this post on gifts for her and this post with gifts for guys from last year!
