Spending more time at home means I’ve been playing around with my essential oils a little more. I love how versatile essential oils are and that they can be used to help open and align our chakras. With all the turmoil in the world currently, I’ve found it important to actively keep myself grounded, and one way I do this is to work on balancing my chakras.
